Terms of Service

Vantage OS ("Vantage", "we", "us") provides credit repair services, business funding referrals and a partner program for people running their own credit businesses. By using this website or our services, you agree to these terms.

Credit repair: our team prepares and sends disputes about items on your Experian, Equifax and TransUnion reports that you believe are inaccurate, outdated or unverifiable.

Business funding referrals: we help you explore funding options and may refer you to third-party lenders or funding providers. We are not a lender, and approval decisions are made by those providers.

Partner program: partners get access to our platform and our team completes dispute work for their clients under the partner's brand while the partner's subscription is active.

We do not guarantee specific results, deletions, credit score changes, funding approvals or funding amounts. Results vary by individual. Credit bureaus generally have about 30 days to investigate each dispute. You have the right to dispute inaccurate information on your credit report yourself at no cost.

You agree to give us accurate, complete and current information, including identity documents and credit reports, and to tell us about changes that affect your file. We are not responsible for delays or outcomes caused by inaccurate or missing information.

Partners operate independent businesses. Each partner is responsible for their own compliance, including business registration, any state credit repair licensing, registration or bonds, their own service agreements with clients, their pricing and billing. Vantage does not bill partners' clients. Work on a partner's clients pauses if the partner's subscription is not active.

Fees are charged according to the plan you choose, as shown on our pricing page or at checkout. Monthly plans renew each month until canceled. Flat-fee plans are paid as described at checkout.

By checking the text consent box on our forms, you agree to receive account-related text messages from Vantage OS (for example onboarding reminders, round status updates and requests to upload updated reports). We may update these terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date above shows when they last changed.
